I was cleaning out some corners of my studio a few days ago. I have a small collection of old glass bottles and vases I occasionally use when shooting flowers etc. Since I don't have any fresh flowers I decided to shoot just the bottles. Comments and constructive critiques are always appreciated.
Tech specs: Canon 60D w/ EF 100mm 2.8 Macro. 2-3 Generay Porta-brite light heads w/ (mostly) snoots. White paper backdrop.

Nice set of images
The last two are fantastic
Old glass photographs well with interesting history marks; MrMophoto, good set well photographed with lighting effects.
It was a big fad at one time to collect old bottles. Cola bottles with locations and dates were big as were power poll insulators... like the Holland Tulip market that peaked 1635, then every thing crashed and the fad disappeared. We still find viewing old bottles some patina with having been buried to be interesting.

Thanks for the comment. most of these were dug up at an old dump near the family lake house in Vermont.
I find proper lighting to be an ever increasing component to making better images.
