I generally don't eat stuff that comes in those bags, but I like ice cream. Unfortunately, Stewart's has raised the sale price of their ice cream to $3.99. It was $3.39 in July, $3.69 in August, and now it's $3.99. I'll have to cut back. Every few months, all their ice cream is $3.29 for a week. I hope they keep doing that.

Time to start looking at ice-cream makers? (Upstate NY has a lot of dairy farms, doesn't it?)
How about rootbeer-flavored ice-cream? Add some banana, strawberry, and nuts, and get banana split ice-cream! 😋

I ate whatever I wanted when I was younger, and I'm paying for it now, with type 2 diabetes and a quadruple bypass operation last year. My father had two bypass surgeries, and I really don't want that, so I am definitely watching what I eat now. I largely cut sugar out of my diet, which got my diabetes under control, but I'm finding a heart healthy diet more of a challenge..
