Trying to set 'Digital Zoom' to ON. DZ is inoperative from the factory with the following note given: "•When [Monitor Display Speed] is set to [ECO 30fps] (setting at the time of purchase)"

I have searcjed hgih and low through the instructionmanual and onlne, can not find this setoing. Anyone have awareness?
