I bought a used Sony RX100MKVII from B&H and it arrived yesterday. Absolutely like brand new in original box with everything that it originally came with PLUS (these weren't even mentioned in the description) a $45 "Sony" battery charger, an extra "Sony" (not an off-brand like Wasabi) battery and a hand grip. So,let's see... next day delivery and three extras that total close to $100... and I used Payboo, so I paid no sales tax. Way to go B&H!! That's why I keep coming back for more. New or used...they're the Best.

They do seem to set the bar!
B-H is the best or one of the "bestest" in the business.
I started using them many, many years ago. I have never been disappointed. Their original store was so tiny but packed with gear and sales people. I remember seeing 4+ sales people just in the film area.
I haven't used PayBoo since yesterday!
I shopped B&H in store and online when I lived on Long Island. Online orders took 2-3 days.
I moved to Delaware and orders were delivered next day via UPS.
They switched from UPS to FedEX and orders took from now to whenever. The problem is FedEx.
Now I use Amazon and some orders are received same day, others next day, sometimes an extra day.
The best service I ever got was from a store in London, England. I called them from work on a Monday morning. The light meter was on my front porch the next day. I thought they dropped shipped it, but the tracking showed it went from Heathrow, to North Carolina, to my house on LI in less than 48 hours.

I'm a Prime member also, but I've never received $100 worth of extras (without being told I was receiving them...that's pretty hard to beat!) for a camera with anyone but B&H!

It looks like somebody bought and returned the "Sony RX100 VII Shooting Grip Kit" which includes the camera, 2 batteries, the grip, etc. Amazon sells the same kit, as does Adorama. It's a good deal, new or used, but not a B&H special.

No Bill, this wasn't a kit and no grip and it wasn't advertised as a special. I watched an "unpacking video" on you tube and that's what i received plus the few "goodies".

You said you got a grip, and the 2 batteries are part of the kit. It's not a special, they always have different kits with different "goodies". But, if you think somebody threw in an extra battery, be happy!

Yes, Bill, I did get a grip. Maybe I should "get a grip".
