I have had excellent experiences with Used Photo Pro. This is the used department of Robert's Photo in Indianapolis. Have used them for years.

I've been very pleased with Roberts Camera in Indy. (Their pre-owned gear department is Used Photo Pro.) I've purchased bodies & lenses from them with good experiences all around.

The customer service is great & will transfer you to a tech if applicable. They're helpful & friendly. Too, I always choose the free delivery & I usually have the item in two days.

I have used KEH, MPB
MPB was OK, not great, but not bad - minor issues with one lens where the flanges on the mount disintegrated, they took it back and refunded without any questions
KEH - everything that I have purchased was in MUCH better condition than described. The last purchase from them was an IR converted D300 described as 'bargain', the only thing I found even remotely wrong was a tiny scratch on the baseplate.

I would like to thank all that have responded and given suggestions. I check UHH daily and just forgot about Robert's, thanks for reminding me. Will check out Allen's, Service Photo and Samy's.
Got burned on EBay a while back on a computer so not real anxious to go there but might.
I am not in the market right now, just doing some pricing and getting ducks line up.
Again, thank you all for your suggestions. If you think of another one just add on to the thread.

Yes just a super dealer for new or great quality, reasonably priced used gear. My go-to gear dealer.

They always had a big presence at PhotoPlus NYC in the past. I find the team knowledgeable & very reputable.
I've bought used lens' from them - no problem. In fact one used lens I got, an 18-200, looked so new (like out of the box new) the sales guy did a double check to make sure it was not a mistake and they were mistakenly underselling the item. They have a rental shop. They test/care for their equipment in house - some work they do directly, for the more difficult issues they work with the manufacturers. One of the few places left that actually supports a show room where you can see and touch equipment from just about every major manufacturer (Nikon, Cannon, Sony, Fuji, Panasonic, Sigma, Tamron, etc) and talk to someone familiar with the equipment. Pretty large shop - large equipment variety/inventory. They teach photography and run trips as well. Two location that I know of: Fairfield, NJ and Philadelphia PA.

UPP prices are almost always higher on their Ebay items (makes sense). I often find on Ebay, use the item number to find it on UPP, and then apply their "TAKE5" coupon. Checkout with Rakuten will create some additional rebate.
