thanks for sharing your photos and taking us there Stan!
Thanks for the great tour. Big Nose Kate’s Saloon looks like a friendly place. Bet the food was good!
Thanks for looking and your compliments Dennis, Earnest, Vince, and Bob!
The Saloon was a fun place. Our waiter has us laughing with his banter and the live One Man Band, Mick, kept us entertained with some excellent western and country music.

We went to visit friends in Buckeye, AZ last week. They wanted to take us to see Tombstone and the shootout at the OK Corral. The drive to Tombstone and our lunch at Big Nose Kates took so much time we missed the 2:00 OK Corral shootout. Waiting for the next show would have put us back in Buckeye after dark, so we just wandered the streets of old Tombstone watching people and enjoying the town's vintage vibe. The series I've attached includes images we made on the way to Tombstone - the Liberty United Methodist Church has been in continuous use since it was built in 1911, a year before Arizona gained statehood.

I've often wondered just what Big Nose Kate looked like. Nice series.

You’re welcome, Bubalola! Katie was quite the woman in those days, Nervous. Read about her here:
