Thanks for the nice comment. I was shooting a D7000, ISO 200, 10 seconds, f/36 with an 18-200mm lens at 200mm. I was very worried about camera shake because of the heavy traffic underneath the overpass that I was on, but I guess the long exposure took care of that.

Thanks - I've been experimenting for a while with this new (to me) technique. Took several night shots in Chattanooga earlier in the year as well.
