I like it a lot and think it conveys a dramatic mood. The large branch overpowers the smaller branches so it evens out great in my opinion. Good job.

Tough call. The big branch(es) from the top have the most visual interest to me but they become too diffused by the other trees at the bottom. If the tree on the bottom left wasn't there, it would create some negative space and give you a better view of the sunset framed by the big branches. But hey; what do I know; I was a biology major. I'll be interested in seeing other opinions especially from the professionals.

works for me, primarily because of the contrast of the larger limbs and the spindly ones.

Great capture, Sam. The beautiful symmetry of the tree on the left side of your image is framed by the large limb on the right; I think it works.

Maybe too many branches. If the tree and branches are to be the focus of interest then more detail would be helpful. Thanx for sharing.
