Nice image. But I think I would have cropped in tighter. Keep the red buoy but loose the top half of the mast reflection. Just my opinion.

I think it is awesome! But for the ripples in the water you can flip the image and it is the same. As far as cropping and taking part of the mast off...I've been taught that you never crop critical elements, he wouldn't have a full reflection if he did that and therefore an incomplete image. I love it! Congrats on a beautiful shot!

I guess it is a question of what is the critical element. I didn't count the mast reflection as critical, whereas the reflection of the body of the boat was. By cropping you make an individual choice as to what the critical elements are. Not cropping just to be cropping. As I said, picture is lovely as is, too.
