This was kind of debunked.

His original bottled water, Trump Ice, was taken off the market in 2010...thus the 13 year old claims. However, it was rebranded as Trump Natural Spring Water in 2014 and sold until 2016. It is said the water handed out in Ohio was the latter and thus could be a maximum of 7 years old, but supposedly it is still available at his resorts.

If (big if) it is old it could be hazardous to drink as the plastic bottles can leach chemicals over time and the water could contain bacteria.
