Afternoon exercise might be best for a longer life.
How we know: People who work out between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. have a lower risk of dying early than those who exercise in the morning or night, according to a new study.
But don’t worry: The study also found that working out at any time is better for longevity than not exercising, and other research suggests that morning workouts burn more fat.
Really, really tough paint.
1. Dissolve Styrofoam in a small amount of xylene. YouTube didn't give any ratios.
2. Add pigment if you want to color it. I don't know what they mean by "pigment."
The guy on YouTube brushed this onto wood and metal, and it was not only waterproof, but it was also very tough.

"Do you plan to have a photo tour in the US?"
He grimaced, ""Insurance for that is sooo expensive. You people like lawsuits."
⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️
XYLENE is dangerous stuff.
Don't get it in your eyes, on your skin or inhale the vapours.
Drinking it is also a very bad ideam

Yeah, I don't think I'll be playing around with that. Apparently, dissolving the Styrofoam is the key to this mixture, so whatever it takes. I saw another video about that, and it didn't use xylene.

The pigment is a color you may want to add. It could be food coloring, powder of some color, or a few drops of paint, or even a few drops of nail color enamel. Just a small amount so as not to upset the chemical balance between the dissolving agent and the Styrofoam.

Yeah, he added a few drops from a little dropper bottle, but he didn't say what it actually was - paint, food coloring, what?
I went to paint some styrofoam balls and when I sprayed some paint on they instantly shriveled up.

I'm confused. What happened?
I can repost if not understood................
I had some white styrofoam balls, 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. I wanted them red so I took a can of red spray paint. I shook it until it ratted, then pointed it at a ball and pressed the spray button. As soon as the red paint hit the balls the styrofoam instantly sort of shrunk and dissolved. The balls ended up smaller and all wrinkly.

Yeah, I've given up on that. I think latex paint would work.
I solved (?) the problem by squirting a generous amount of Elmers White glue all over the ball. I used my fingers to rub it over the entirety of the ball. After it was completely dry I spray painted the glue surface.

This is a comment aimed not at Jerry but to help all of you reading this.
Never, NEVER use xylene, ever and any product that contains xylene. THE definitive source on cancer M. D. Anderson Hospital in Houston Texas has banned this from the hospital. Xylene is at the top of the list of cancer causing agents known. It is so far up there that it has it's own category. There is no substance known that causes cancer (carcinoma) as this substance. Just though everyone might like this information.
