Nice image - lights are a little fuzzy and tilted to left.

But nice

Pretty but agree with Sarge and for my eye lacks a point of focus. I'm new to long exposure to, so Kudos for the effort.

I would like to enlarge to appreciate detail, but cannot from this thumbnail.
Can you re-post here, and check the box labeled "(store original)"?

Great shot - but, maybe just a touch out of level?

Can't tell what you did. Exposure, lens, settings, camera, etc; or check 'store original' and we can get that from the EXIF

Looks much better as the original. It appears you either did the HDR, or edited the HDR in PSP-ver14. Somewhere along the line - all EXIF info regarding your camera, lens, and the image information was removed. So is difficult to tell what you actually did - - whether it was a tripod manual 3-shot, or a hand-held 3-shot auto-bracket.

Whatever - - the result turned out quite nicely.
Just for me - most of the interest in the image is in the right half of the composition - - things sort of trail off to the left of the building.
Makes me wonder what is over there to the right - - -

Did you HDR post process in PSP? I like Photomatix Pro - - free to try (burns watermark though), reasonable to buy.

I am new to this forum but very interested in learning more. Can someone explain 3 shot bracketing and what to do in PP. Thanks

A bracket refers to any # of shots with a range of exposure values, +1,0,-1, and so forth. The shots are then combined with HDR software, and final processing to taste.

Image appears very soft focused. You could probably crop out the left side of the image which would let your eyes travel down the boats on the right better. For me the left half of the image really isn't needed because it seems to me that the focus for this image is the boats in the right side. Good effort though for your first try.
