These were done in camera, no Photoshop warping. I believe that you will be able to figure out they were done pretty quickly.

Pat, since you probably don't have a dolly, you have to run sideways tracking them while you shoot. Something my 140-year old grandpa has no trouble doing with his Brownie and one shoe off
