We're definitely having a good time with our spiders and mantises...I've seen this web in the garden for a week now but I went out early this morning and found this girl before she hid for the day.
Only a small one, about 30-35mm across..
As with the Elongated Longtailed St.Andrews Cross Spider I posted recently, in the positions they are in, I can't get a shot of the top side...

That is a beauty. Nicely done, Ron.

Is there any chance for putting a mirror on the other side? Maybe the night before so as not to chase them off?
Nice shot.

Nice shot.
Thanks Bruce, the way her web is I can't get around the back of her, the bush below is just too big to navigate...

Well then, the bush has to go!!
Really nice, Ron. I've had the same problem with top views. Sometimes you can't get to the other side of the web for one reason or another.

Thanks Ken, I was lucky with the Garden Orb we had a few months ago, I could get at her from both sides...
