Adapters TO Olympus E 410

I can't seem to find an adapter to put the smaller, newer Olympus 4/3 lenses on the older Oly E 410 DSLR.
Also, a "C" mount and M42 mount to the E 410.

I see mounts for Canon, Minolta and OM to the E-410, but not the others.

Any pointers?

The body likely too thick.

I'm pretty sure that won't work. You can use 4/3 lenses on an M4/3 but you can't use an M4/3 lens on an old 4/3 camera like the 410. You'd best shop for used versions of some of the fabulous old Oly 4/3 lenses that you can pick up cheap. I got a 50-200 for very little at Keh, still my favorite lens.

Adapted lenses must ALWAYS come from a camera thaz deeper/thicker than the new host. This provides some space for the adapter to exist between the old lens and the new body.

There are some execeptions that utilize optics in the adapter to defy geometry. Those optics are generally third rate.

Thanks. I should have recalled that from my "old Nikon days."

Yes, you could easily adapt Nikon F, M42, Exacta and other lenses to the thiner Canon SLR and DSLR cameras with no corrective lenses involved.
