The bird looks like it has an extra set of wings? Taken with a Samsung cell phone by a friend. Just wondering what could cause that? I thought it was another bird at first. TIA.

Camera could be set on HDR. It takes several images and merges them into one. I believe you are seeing the result of a flying bird taken maybe 3 times then on a consolidated image.
