Need help identifying

Can you please help me identify this flower. My wife and I found it on our walk today. Flower is fushia colored BUT the tips look like lit up led bulbs on a Christmas tree. Only about 4-5 “ tall and 1” diameter
Pics were taken with my cell phone.

Here in the Midwest it’s called sensitive briar. If you touch the leaves they fold up. I have them growing in my pollinator plot.

We always caused it sensitive briar as the leaves fold when touched as stated in the link.

Mimosa.
We also call it "touch me not" because the leaves close and droop if you touch it.
We would challenge each other to remove a leaf from the plant without making it close.

No, not Mimosa. Mimosa is a tree with similar looking flowers.
