The snow melt - the big picture

In reviewing my recovered photos from the lost Lightroom catalog, I saw some that would follow on to the comment that I received on the southern Utah shots that I really like rocks. That is a correct observation, but I also like running water and this set lets me combine the two.

Our record snowpack now leads to concerns as to how fast it will melt. As a photographer, I attempt to take advantage of the melt by photographing its effect. This set shows Big Cottonwood Canyon streams in April 2020.

Really a nice set. I too love the running water from streams. I better like them I am in walking distance for some of them.

Nice shots Mike - I do love running water and you have some good images here, but I do also like your last, quiet ambience shot!
