I love my dogs. They're family and I'm part of their pack. Here are a few photos of some who aren't with me anymore, but will always be in my heart.

Emma (left) and Maggie (right) always loved to out-do each other when in search of the next adventure. They could be the best of friends and be the worst of enemies when vying for food, like a bone.

Pantera was my son's dog, but we ended up taking care of him. He was probably the most loyal dog who never left my side, which could be bad at times when he tripped me up from being underfoot.

Totally understand the comment about being part of their pack. My greyhounds follow me around the house all day, because I am the leader of the pack. But it all starts in the morning when I give them both affection prior to making my wife coffee. She is the leader of my pack!!
