Used to luv catching Lakers when I was stationed in the UP. Great set. Thanx for sharing.

Glad to bring back some good memories for ya! We fish for them deep..180 feet...and when you get a big boy on...it's a battle to get them up!

Very nice set Cindy. I really like the second shot of the boathouse with the mountains.

Thanks Vince...that seems to be everyone's favorite...as well as mine.

Those are all very nice!
The thing I like about your last one (phone pic) is the way the boat motor wake and the clouds are both making a V shape. That's pretty cool.
I bet it looks great there in the summer too. Thanks for posting your adventure!

Thanks John....that last shot turned out kinda cool! And yes, this area is beautiful in the summer as well as winter, spring and fall....I love living here!

I love your photos Cindy but unless it is 35 degrees Celsius (95f) it is way too cold for me.

Too cold for me to be on the lake, but I am glad that you went.
And glad that you photographed it.

It is what you get use to isn't it Cindy. I live in an arid zone only a few kilometres south of the Tropic of Capricorn so I am use to a warmer climate. Although we do get the occasional frost in winter, we never expect to see snow. I expect you live in a more northerly latitude where average ambient temperatures are much lower.

I live about 50 miles south of the Canada border...so yes pretty northern. It is all about what you are used to. We do get up in the high 90's and sometimes up to 100 but only for a few days and on those days I am either swimming in one of the lakes or inside by an air conditioner!

Wonderful images Cindy. Love that area in Montana anyway and you just bring it to life. #2 is exceptional or I may just be partial to old buildings, especially on or near water
