MY UFO STORY

Several years ago while in the back yard of my sisters house my brother in law and I were bbq-ing dinner. I happened to look up and I saw a point of light moving fast
across the night sky traveling west to east. I thought "oh cool, a satellite" and told my brother to check it out. As we watched it traverse for about twenty seconds it suddenly
instantly reversed course and came to a stop directly above us and came to a stop as though it has seen us. It paused for about two seconds, went stright up and then
disappeared.

Check this out: If you think UFOs are something we just began noticing in the 1940 to modern-day era, think again. Take a look at this:

Ezekiel 1:16 ESV / 47
As for the appearance of the wheels and their construction: their appearance was like the gleaming of beryl. And the four had the same likeness, their appearance and construction being as if they were a wheel within a wheel.

If that is not an apt description of a UFO, then nothing we have recorded since then is any better. Four shiny black objects in the sky that were round like a wheel -- most likely the first recorded sighting of UFOs!

While in my teens, a bunch of years ago, while on a double date lying out by a pond in the country we saw two lights in the sky. They were moving much faster than any aircraft of the day. One was coming from the north and one from the south heading directly toward each other. They were just south of directly overhead when the came to a stop in front of each other and made a 90 degree turn and headed west. This was not a lazy turn but a stop and change direction type of move. That ended the night. Piled in the car and headed back to town.

I had a similar experience when I was a teen. Some friends and I were sleeping out one summer night and sitting or lying on our sleeping bags just talking. One of my friends was lying on his back looking at the sky when he called our attention to a fast moving point of light. As we all watched it made a 90 degree turn, without stopping, and quickly disappeared. We decided it was a UFO. I've never seen another to this day.

To think that we are the only intelligent form of life in the universe is nuts. We can’t comprehend time (billions of years?).

The big argument that aliens could never reach us because they can’t travel faster than the speed of light? I just read an article the other day where scientists are now coming to believe that it would be possible, through some form of time warp travel.

So why wasn’t that possible then billions of years ago? We literally cannot understand the vastness of space and time.

So, you're assuming that's the real Doyl Thomas and not a replacement?

If only we had good answers for observations like that. Maybe someday.

Back in the late 70's I was driving down the road about 11pm with my girl friend coming from watching her sisters two kids and we look up and this tremendous round saucer was sitting about 4 telephone poles high. We parked and got out and were under it saying what the he'll is that. It made not a sound or any propulsion to keep it afloat. About 20 seconds later it just took off straight at same height in a blink of an eye. No noise or wind but a tremendous light almost like lightening. I never saw a light in sky or something moving way way up and said it was a ufo. I actually saw the ship. Was it from space I don't know but it was nothing like I ever seen before. Yes I did report it and told I was about the 5th call on it and aircraft were sent to patrol that area. There were no human aircraft in the military that had a chance of catching this craft

I envy you. I would absolutely love to have an experience like that before I’m gone.

The reason why I know there is something greater than us out there?

When I was 23 (and in the best physical shape of my life) I had been trying to quit smoking for over a year, but just couldn’t do it. I was too addicted to nicotine (2-3 packs of Camels a day).
Coming home on the NY subway one night from college I was standing in the subway car holding onto the pole when all of a sudden I felt this tremendous gripping pain in the center of my chest. It was so severe that I literally slid down to the floor holding onto the pole. (Two other people were in the car, but all they did was look at me - yes, good ole NYC).
I thought I was dying. I said to myself “dear God, please make this pain stop and I’ll never smoke again.” It stopped in that instant, and I’ve never had a cigarette since. That was 54 years ago, and I still don’t know why this happened, but I’m obviously glad I stopped.
There’s so little we know about why we’re here, who we are, what this is all about.
The older I get, the more I say to myself “what a hell of a ride this has been.” Can’t imagine this ending, and who knows, maybe it won’t.

A fellow I worked with swore that he saw a ufo in Texas but also firmly believed that the Apollo moon landings were faked on a tv stage. He figured that aliens were capable of space flight but not us.
