FedEx sent notice they delivered two pkgs to me this afternoon at 12:07 pm. According to the info, they were left outside my locked gate. I don’t have a gate to lock. I don’t even have a fence to hold up a gate to lock! My driveway is much shorter & not dirt/gravel! Last, but not least, I don't have a tree of this size or shape anywhere near me! My neighbors don’t recognize the delivery area either!
If you received these pkgs, please message me. I’d like to find my 2-slice toaster & 2 containers of dry coffee creamer!

I had the same problem with Fed X, in my case they didn’t have any pictures to verify delivery. After spending a lot of time trying to locate my package, I decided to pay the seller and FORGET ABOUT.

I live in the country with the FedEx office 20 miles away in a town of 15000 - the driver puts deliveries in our garage by the steps into the house or if large items (44lb cat food bags x 4) - opens the garage door and places just inside next to our garden wagon (we showed him where the door opener was) - awesome service...
Our UPS driver does the same - both are great folks... Benefits of living in small community where everyone knows each other...

So they left it out in the woods next to a tree - classic FedX ground service.

Our last package was left not sheltered from the rain by the detached garage that was about 75' feet from the house where it could have been place under the dry porch. The box was torn half open and banged up. But the contents were ok. Every delivery is made by a different person. I wonder what the turn over rate is.

Samantha90,
I know the feeling as I too lost 2500.00 generator from Amazon. Shipped via DHL... Newer even seen it, in November last year. The DHL apparently delivered it and get this: not once but twice to my place. Nothing on my security cameras, but squirells and rabbits on aleged delivery days. Amazon sided with DHL and suspended my account even when I supplied all the conflicting documentation, which essence said: Delivered (both times...the second delivery took place at (9:27 afternoon) but Visa came trough for full amount refund.
Sure hope You get Your money back!

I was wondering who sent me a toaster and why they included coffee creamer rather than jelly and jam. I was beginning to believe that there must be elves living in that tree for I keep finding packages under it. The world works in mysterious ways.😜

I love the way Amazon now delivers inside the garage. It uses the MyQ door monitor/opener. Nothing left to the weather and nothing going missing. I think the door opens when they scan the package. I wish fedex, UPS and the mail did the same.

Nice person. You paid for a package that you never received? Hope you have not set a precedence so that eventually the rest of us will not get any service when we complain

My sister-in-law had a problem with an order she placed. It too her two or three weeks to convince the company they had not delivered her package to the right place. They sent her a phot of the house where it was delivered and it looked nothing at all like hers. She had to return a photo of her house by fax (could not use snail mail or email) to prove she had not received her order. I think it was another week or two before she received her refund.
