I understand states are not allowed to file bankruptcy. But SOMETHING is going to happen when the money runs out, even if they don't have a name for it. Governor Moonbeam and his pals in California all dancing around wanting to build a railroad and they're already paying bills with vouchers. When they look in the mirror in the morning what do they see?

Why don't we just divide the USA into two. One half governed by democrats and the other half by republicans. And then we will see how many tunnels will be dug leading to where. I predict like in Germany that there will be tunnels leading into the half governed by the conservatives like eastern germans wanting to escape into West Germany where there was more money and more liberty!

Why not just tow the entire country out into the middle of the Atlantic and pull the plug out. Make the world a better place.
