A new Muppet arrived in Wakodahatchee last month. His name is Herold and his twin brother Hector can be viewed at the Southern most part of Wakodahatchee Wetlands.
These two are Juvenile Great Blue Herons.
Image captured at about 300 yards, Sony a1, Sony 600 f4 @f4.5, 1/3200 sec. iso 400, hand held, manual exposure, center spot focus.

I only kept about 3% of the image. So a 97% crop.

It's a great capture πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ† - and with its feathers all over the place, it reminds me of a deranged sock-puppet that might have gone too far on a children's show πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ
