Outstanding third image! Focus stacking I would guess? The last image is quite interesting and, like a number of other viewers, it immediately got my imagination going (lol).

No eagles? As a consolation, I dug out one of their albums.

Up around Big Bend and at Rocky Rapid: complete and utter eagle-lessness. There weren't any eagles at Dewey Bridge, either, so I didn't even get my camera out. Had we gone further up the road --like maybe up toward Cisco-- there'd surely have been eagles galore. Or not.

Not only that, but The River's running green, too. Might have to start calling it 'The Coloverde River' instead of its usual name.

As others have said, the last one is the stand out!

Yup; each of these were focus stacked, Grey. In return, I will not put you --or anyone-- on the spot by asking just exactly where your imagination had gone.

Fact is, the whole 'eagles' thing was just an excuse to get out. (When its warm enough, I can sit out on my back deck and see eagles any ol' time.) Schmeagles, on the other hand, aren't so easy to see. I'm betting they checked into some local 'Hotel California'-priced place around here and are being financially unable to leave.
