So.... I don't do much photography during the winter months because foliage is dormant and everything seems so monotone and absent of color and life. Of course snow is different but we have had none where I live so far this year. Anyway yesterday I had to drive into Highlands for an errand and took a dirt road home that I knew would take me to the "Iron Bridge" deep in the Forestry Service land which spans over the Chattooga river which winds along the Georgia, South and North Carolina borders. The cascades in the second image flow under the bridge.
I came home with these. The last image is from last year and is the final edit that made the wall.

These are all great captures.
The second one would be the one I would put on the wall. I really like how you captured the energy of the water in that one.

Great shots, last one would make great " wall paper " and I mean wall paper a whole wall in a house. Proper lighting and a cd of running creek water, sit back and enjoy.
Actually that is the edge of a waterfall, I really liked the small flow and the foliage more than I did the larger scene. Below is the waterfall that is a part of, the far side of the nearer fall is where that pic was taken, this place is the convergence of two separate rivers and they are actually two different falls. Water was down when these pics were taken, after rains the small falls in this pic will grow to somewhere between 60 to 80 feet wide.

LOL.... Thanks, personally I am not found of my heating bills during the winter months, my electric bill doubles and sometimes triples during Jan/Feb, but I live in the mountains, most summer months my bill is less than $100 which I am thankful for.

Great set…#3 is my fav
Thanks Snappy, it is already on my wall, I am also considering printing the image of the bridge and the one further down in the thread of the two waterfalls.... Need to get some more frames, but at least I am keeping my printer busy, it sat quiet for a long time before I started printing but now it is getting some use. Big learning curve in printing at home, for the first several prints I was throwing away about 5 prints for every one I kept.
