Another one for a jigsaw. I originally intended the image to be a 'frieze' format to fill a space over the door of my study, but my wife thought it would make a nice jigsaw (she's a glutton for punishment) so I added the background and lettering in order to make a format suitable for the jigsaw. The Ps file has around 170 layers, the majority of which are adjustment layers. The repeat for the ivy border was created in a separate file and should have been developed into the full border in that separate file in order to keep the main file size down - but that's not what happened. I live and learn. Any critique is welcome.

So that's what they looked like. What a well constructed composite, it equals your best and will probably be a fiendishly difficult puzzle

So that's what they looked like. I read about I read some of the Arthurian legends as a child and young adult. They somehow failed to capture me.

I can see this filling both themes. Over your studies door and the puzzle. Hmm and only a 170 layers. Dave stop slacking off and get to work.😀

Me too Curmudgeon, it’s only in later life that I’ve come to appreciate them more. I think the puzzle should be a tad easier than the last one, I’ve tried to ensure the background has identifiable features. Fingers crossed!

Outstanding, you're obviously not "puzzled " by compositing. Thanks for sharing !!!

Me too Fstop, I have a lot of patience with Ps but none for jigsaws.

I know it is not possible but I would like to have seen 170 or so layers. I can't imagine how you could keep track of where you might have needed to make an adjustment on one.

Outstanding work, Dave.
