Here is one for you Graham. Several years back I had a female Dr for awhile, and one day after our discussion she informed me it was time for a prostate exam. She could tell I was a little nervous about a female Dr giving me the old prostate exam. She smiled and said, don't worry about the exam, as a matter fact you will like it better. Us female Dr's have smaller fingers. I got her back though one other visit. After checking my blood pressure She said she was concerned about my blood pressure being so high. I looked at her and said, "I don't know why it's so high either. Maybe you turn me on"! Right away afterwards I said I was sorry, that was just an old truck drivers joke. I was thankful that she laughed about it.
