Gerni is just one brand, Karcher is another brand, they have been used to clean things all over the world for many years including here in Australia...next time you go to Bunnings check them out...
Car yards use them to clean their cars as do other companies that detail cars. We use ours to clean the pavers around the house and I also do the bird bath wirh it. Brings things up like new.

It's so obvious I shouldn't have to explain it...Friends all around Australia thought it was very funny and they all had a good laugh. It was because of their response I thought my friends on UHH would enjoy a laugh...guess I was wrong...
