My favorite Kin Curtis song was Soul Serenade. I still have the 45 I bought in the early 60's.

Please STOP THIS! I had planned on doing some work today. You put this King Curtis and Champion Jack Dupree stuff up, now it's four hours later and I haven't done a thing except watch their videos. Shame on you :-)

Liked it - - - - - I loved it, and it took me to a bunch of their numbers and some concerts, and they to me to a bunch of "The Gadd Band" which is my favorite drummer 'Steve Gadd" and his band and a bunch of their concerts. I might not get anything done the rest of this weekend except for the football game tomorrow. If you have never heard Steve Gadd and his band let me know and I'll post some links.
