Yes, unfortunately. Change them all, especially the important ones. There are lots of videos on YouTube about passwords, and they tend to recommend Bitwarden. You can import all your LastPass data into it. If you have a very strong password for LastPass, you should be okay. If they can break the LP p/w, they can gain access to all your previously stored p/ws.
