Took the snowmobiles into the Big Creek Drainage where moose normally hang out this time of year. It's the time of year when the moose will start to lose their antlers, we always go snowshoeing the benches in the mountainside to see if we can find the antlers. Randy walks one bench while I walk another to cover more ground.
We came upon fresh tracks, fresh rubs on the trees but never saw the moose nor did we find any antlers this time. As we were coming back out to where the snowmobiles were....there were fresh moose tracks in our tracks that lead right to the snowmobiles...lol!
Those Moose are sneaky Devils!
Very nice set, Cindy! Maybe next time out.
What do you do with the antlers?

Nice set. Looks pretty cold to this old Cajun, though.
