That’s what is called “inclusion” these days. That’s where you don’t exclude people from certain activities or events because of their race, gender, religion and so on. Removing those objects because of their implied ethnicity would be a violation of the “all inclusive” requirements of many businesses or government positions. That means any one demanding those little snow covered guys be removed are being politically incorrect and if those little fellows are at a business or government office, that person is subject to reprimand or dismissal.

I work in a government office and I have to set through those computer “trainings” all the time.

I guess I missed the "effort" that went into shooting, processing and posting this out of focus black and white image that looks like it was shot with someone's phone. I won't analyze the composition because everyone has their own likes, dislikes and standards for that. if they like it then good for them and more power to them, but I find it lacking for my taste.

I remember when lots of people had the little black jockey hitching post in front of their house. Was that racist? By today’s standards I guess so. Remember Step’n Fetch’it? Again, by today’s standards yes. What about all of the old black &white tv shows with cowboys and Indians? Racist against Native Americans because the Indians were always the “savages “. What about The Beverly Hillbilly’s? Barney Google and Snuffy Smith? Racist against the rural poor. What about in the old days signs in front of bars saying “No Irish or dogs allowed”. Racist against Irish. Italians? Same thing. Gypsies? Jews? Women not being allowed to vote. German Americans changing their names to something more English sounding during and after WWI because of the anti-German sentiment. My grandfather refused to teach my father to speak German because of it. In America light skinned blacks are often racist to dark skinned blacks. Businesses choosing to hire young people over more qualified older folks.

Everyone or every religious or ethnic group has faced discrimination of some sort at some time somewhere. And all have been guilty of it too. It may not be right but that’s life. Whining does no good, so be the best person you can be and most generally others will accept or at least tolerate you. And there will always be A-holes that dislike someone else for something they can’t help. That’s life.
