At the end of November last year, I tried out a Sony E15, f/1.4G lens as a wide angle addition to my kit. In the end, because the E format did not give me the full 15mm spread when shooting full frame, I returned it.

This set is composed of shots taken while walking through our neighborhood on an overcast morning.

Beautiful pics. As a side note, I see you have lots of Coots. Reminds me of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings' (The Yearling) and her Cross Creek Florida recipe book for 'Coot Surprise.' She said its a surprise anyone could eat them....

Thanks, we have coots year round. I have not been tempted to sample them (LOL).

Nice shots Mike. Nothing wrong with Coot breast. Roll in corn meal and fry them, bake with a mustard glaze. Serve with rice and a vegi. I used to lie to people and tell them they were duck.
