This time of year, again...the migration through our area of Cedar Waxwings once a year in late January, early February. My wife just happened to see them as she was leaving the neighborhood. If she hadn't seen them, most likely we wouldn't have had a chance to see them again until next year. I got there just as they were finishing the trees in our neighborhood, absolutely none today. It usually lasts about a day, two at the most as they come through, they can strip Holly bushes and trees in about a day or two at the most, then gone to a new area as they migrate through....Cheers all.

Nice shots. Haven't seen them in Jacksonville this year. I took a few shots of them a couple of years ago but haven't seen them since.

Thank you kindly...we see them once a year and lucky to see them then since they pass through so fast. I start watching in mid-January thru early Feb, especially when the Holly is full of berries. Cheers
