I am using Photoshop CC 2015. I don't know what stuff I did turn off or a malfunction which causes PS not allowing me to use Perspective Warp any longer; no response to click.
Please anyone having the same experience help me to resolve this. Many thanks

I think you must open up a new layer in order for that to be used.

Are you on the correct layer? If yes is it locked?
Check if your trying to manipulate a locked layer.

I think it has to do with the GPU Graphic Processor which I could not activate in the Edit/Preference/Performance

If I remember right (??) some Photoshop features only work on "8 bit" image files. If it is a "16 bit" image file, the function may be grayed out and unavailable.

I don't think the OP can use Adobe customer support. He is using Photoshop CC 2015 and the current version is 2023.
Why the OP doesn't update to the latest version?

This is just a stab in the dark.

Do you have a background layer? If not try making your bottom later or a copy of it into a background layer. It will be the top selection in "Layers" item in the top menu.

I called Adobe a couple of years ago with a problem with CS5. It took some time on the phone, but the tech fixed the issue and thanked me for hanging on the phone.

I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Maybe nothing good will happen, but maybe it will!

The OP has Photoshop CC 2015 and if he is still having the subscription he should update to PS CC 2023 and it's for free. I wonder if there is a reason why the OP doesn't update to 2023?

How to reset Photoshop settings back to normal *Original Defaults*
Reset Photoshop preferences in Photoshop CC:

Press Ctrl-K (PC) or cmd-K (Mac).
Click on "Reset Preferences on Quit" in the "General" tab and press OK to confirm.
Press OK to close the Preferences window.
Restart Photoshop.

Note: You may have to select "Delete The Preferences" When Quitting...
