Located in the Valley of the Queens which is about five miles south of Tutankhamun's Tomb. Discovered in 1904 but long after ancient tomb robbers had almost cleaned it out. What little remained is now on display at the Turin Italy Museum. Nefertari was the wife of Ramses III. The tomb was built 110 years after Tuts. This tomb's wall art is one of the most colorful and intricately decorated chambers from antiquity.
I can only hope that my prints would be as colorful after that many years.
Very nice shots. Wish I could have seen them in person.

Well maybe not -- It was in excess of 110 degrees down there
Kept on shooting until my camera got light-headed
Thanks for showing us.
The colors are fantastic.
Awesome set of images Ken.

Never before saw anything approaching the combination of artwork, symbolism, style, animals, jewelry, various relations. They set a mood of the still and timeless together expressed with confidence.
I suppose scholars have interpreted these paintings for their meaning in the culture of that remote era. So much strong visual presentation speaks of a civilization enmeshed in its belief system.
Thanks for sharing your photos of that display.
