Has anyone used the new iphone 14 camera and if so, do you like it?
Remember there are different iPhone 14 camera’s depending on which model. I have the basic 14 not the pro which has a better camera. I think the regular 14 has a good camera especially once you learn how to get exposure the way you want.
There is the 14, the 14 pro and the 14 pro max.

A friend of mine just bought a new iPhone 14 yesterday, but I don't know which model. I has 3 or 4 camera lenses. I should have had you take a pic while she was visiting. I'll ask and try it myself next week sometime. Personally, I am a Samsung / Dell guy.
I am very pleased with the iPhone 14 Pro's camera. This was a much needed upgrade from my iPhone 7+.
I also purchased this phone, to see if the camera would allow me to NOT purchase an expensive pocket camera such as a Sony RX100VII. So far, I see no need to buy a pocket camera anymore.
I just replaced an iPhone 12 mini with an iPhone 14 Pro. I was impressed with the 12's camera capabilities, and even more so with the 14's.
It's a phone. Call someone.

What a novel idea! I will have to try that sometime.
The iPhone 14 is the basic upgrade with an improved camera. The 14 Pro has three lenses, wide, ultra wide and telephoto. The 14 Pro Max has three lenses, but the telephoto lens is longer than the 14 and 14 Pro’s, and it has a slightly larger sensor. The Pro Max also has a larger battery with more capacity and lasts longer than the 14 and the 14 Pro. It’s also a tad heavier. Both are physically larger than the basic 14, with a larger screen. If you get an iPhone 14 Pro Max with 512GB or 1TB storage, you will pay as much as you would for a Sony RX100VII. But you can’t make phone calls with the Sony!! 😄
Have Iphone 14 pro, amazing! Nice zoom and wide angle excellent movies
Has RAW listed as such in Photo app but when downloaded get Jpeg
Have to figure out how to download as raw to further process
Great for snapshots

The phone part is far worse than the camera part, and that goes for most cell "phones"
The Phones all have good camera's The 14 has two lenses, close up and regular. The Pro has the same plus a zoom, so it has 3 lenses.
The Max is the same but has a bigger screen.
I have the 13 and the main thing I notice is the digital zoom actually has some value. No other cell phone I've owned in the past has a digital zoom worth a lick. To be fair, no full blown digital camera ever had a digital zoom worth 2 cents either. I wish I had bought the PRO so my cell camera had a zoom lens, but at least the digital zoom works somewhat.

I hear the iPhone 15 will be even better than the 14.

That’s probably when I’ll upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The 14 Pro Max just wasn’t enough of an upgrade to justify the cost. We’ll see what the 15 has to offer come September.
I upgraded to the 14Pro when it came out, but I had the 13Pro prior to it (I traded it in, and only paid $255 for the 14Pro).
It has a fantastic camera, especially in low-light. That being said, I don't think there is much of a noticeable difference from the 13Pro.
If you're interested in upgrading, it depends on what you're currently using. I'd recommend that anything older than 2 or 3 years, you'd see a noticeable difference.
