"Safely and securely under discussion" what does that mean in English?
Ordering an employee to move documents from the storage room to the residence is hardly "cooperating". It's why the residence was included in the warrant and screams obstruction.

It was only in the news and is on its way to court. The U Penn Biden Center denies it of course saying, 'No funds were solicited from foreign sources'. But the Center is playing semantics with the term 'solicited'. The plaintiffs argue, “The anonymous gift of $14.5 million from China two years ago after the Biden Center opened is particularly suspect. What are they hiding?"
There were actually more gifted funds than that.
