No wonder they are call RED SHOULDERED HAWKS!

Red Shouldered Hawks can be identified by their RED shoulders. Note the head stays level to the ground while the rest of the body turns allowing this hawk to fly easily in any direction especially while chasing other birds through dense foliage.

Really nice shot. Symmetry of the wings is impressive. Getting a dark BG for the head/neck was a bonus.
