I do not like B/W and i like half and half even less. If it was ALL color it probably would be a beautiful portrait of that young girl.

Opinions are just that, opinions and we each have our own.
Personlly I like the photo. I'm sure it looks good in color and in total monochrome. Keep doing what you are doing, playing around or meeting your personal goals with photography.

+1 She's pretty enough without all the photoshop magic. Plus, to me, the eye color looks fake.

Very nice photo. Playing around is a good way to learn to use an editor, selections and so on.
There are a lot of ways to do this, whatever method you used worked great.
Not many like this style of edit however. It can, but seldom improves an image.
Of course playing around is what I like about photography.
