This set contains the remainder of the birds I shot in the aviaries at the zoo. My adventure in shooting birds with a 24 - 70mm lens and then cropping severely resulted in several unusable photos. The last four shots were taken in a hummingbird aviary, although two of the birds are not hummingbirds.

If you can identify the unlabeled birds, I would appreciate you letting me know.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Lovely set. God's beautiful little creatures. Years ago, I raised Cordon Blues. They make the sweetest little sounds. They are VERY sensitive. If there is a loud boom, or anything that scares them, they simply drop dead. My nephew accidently hit my huge cage with a beach ball and my mated pair dropped dead instantly.

Thanks, Jo. This was my first encounter with them.

Phenomenally beautiful shots 🎯🎯⭐🎯🎯 I don't know why, but I would expect a bee eater to look a heck of a lot less relaxed and unruffled than this one does

Thanks, Joe, these birds know that they have it made - free food and no predators.
