The House v**ed THREE times and still isn't the Speaker, time to throw in the towel.

Does anyone know how many times the House can v**e before they have to find new delegates?

I listened to some of the Representatives as they nominated their candidate namely Jordan. He said he wanted a closed border, no inflation and someone who listens to the people, right now we have none of that.

There is no limit on how many times they can v**e. Historically, there was one administration that v**ed 118 times.
Obviously, Ken doesn't have the support he needs. He needs to be careful though. If enough Republicans get disgusted and don't show up for the v**e, the new speaker could be elected by Democrats who do.
That would truly be funny. Remember it doesn't take a majority of the House, it just tales a majority of the members who are there and cast a b****t, other than "Present".

Hey, if the 20 anti-McCarthy republicans stayed away you would have 434 minus 20, so 414 v**ers. The Dems are 212 behind Jeffries, and McCarthy would get his 202. Problem solved!

Of course, those 20 could just as easily v**e Jeffries and really send a powerful message to the Republicans.

Why do you like Jeffries? Because he failed to impeach Trump as the lead prosecutor with all the evidence he had? What does that say about him and you?

What is admirable about the Dems is their unity behind a leader. It is the only way to move forward.
