I would be very curious to know how many amateurs who regularly post to Instagram have won infringement suits, either by registering their images or displaying their "watermark." I have a feeling the number is very low...
when you click OK when you joined, you gave away any rights to images you post. So others can use them. Go in and check itout. will it stand up in court? I have no idea.
