If some people are hard core violent offenders they need to be off the streets.

I'm moving to Illinois. I can commit 2nd degree murder and as long as I have a job and a home I'm not a flight risk and get out of jail free. My only issue is theft is a none holdable offense so I won't be working. I'll just go to Walmart and load up on groceries and walk out. Get my ticket and not worry about it. I can also steal TV's and tools ECT to sell to pay my taxes on my home and electric bill ECT. All three types of misdemeanors are also non holdable. Sounds like I need to get there before the supreme court rules it ok because it is 5 Dems and 2 repubs. If I get there to late there won't be any business open for me to steal from. Bye guys got to pack. This world is out of control. And it's just all to destroy America. The only superpower able to help other countries against china and Russia. Sorry I digress. Off to get what is owed to me.

Perhaps you might wait until they are charged with a crime first as per the Constitution. Looks like you have been away from society and common sense far too long.
