How do you decide which cell phone takes the best pictures? You could ask over 600,000 people to cast more than 21 million votes on pictures they were shown. Marques Brownlee, on YouTube, did just that. He took pictures with various cell phones and then had people online evaluate them. Take a look at his test. You may be surprised by the results.
There's no pixel-peeping, and no looking at them under a microscope. Normal people looked at these pictures online and picked the ones they thought were the best.

I got a deal on the Pixel 6a for $299. Since I don't have an Apple and I can't compare I'm very happy with this phone/camera. Used Payboo too.

I definitely wouldn't pick something as good because the majority of the people think it's good. I found what good for me usually not what most others think as good.

The new Samsung seems to be the clear winner for photography.

Unfortunately, both Bigfoot and alien spacecraft emit a type of radiation that make clear photography impossible.
