Thanks very much Ellen. These were taken in 2007! Withe the Manhattanization of downtown Saigon in the last 16 years the lights now must be awesome!

I regret that my only (sunset) photos from 1971, were
all taken from ship board, on the Tonkin Gulf.

Great pictures. Saigon/Ho Chi Minh city has definitely changed from how I remember it from 1968. Only time will tell if it has changed for the better. It's starting to look like just another big city, which may or may not be good.
