Just got a D7100 and a Nikon 70-300 vr lens together for about US$417 (AED 1500).
Grinning from ear to ear. Merry Xmas to me ha ha
Actually bought it as a replacement for my daughters D3300 which is having back screen issues.
If that can be repaired, then she'll have 2 cameras to play with. Santa is early this year.

Is that the f4.5-5.6 or the f4.5-6.3? If the former, you got a heck of a deal.

It's the Nikon Af-P Dx Nikkor 70-300mm F/4.5-6.3G ED VR.
The lens sells for around US$300 here and the D7100 kit around US$ 1,444 with the 18-140mm lens whose cheapest offer is about US$278.
All in all, the set would be around US$ 1,470 and got it for a third of the price.
