Recently attended a workshop at Bosque del Apache NWR in New Mexico.
Silhouettes may not be everyone's cup of tea, but these really did appeal to me. Such a graceful and effortless ride through the air as they were coming to the pond to roost for the night.

I used the 100-500 a lot! I really like that lens. The birds were rather far away even for the 600....
