Nikon Coolscan III LS-30 for Windows, Nikon Factory refurbished in sealed Nikon box, never used. Purchased for project never started.This 35mm slide scanner has Autofocus, Nikon 'clean image technology, Nikon color management system, has Nikon scan Ver 2 ( according to Nikon)driver software. I bought this unit direct from Nikon, never opened the box. Am now downsizing everything. Buyer pays shipping from San Francisco Bay area.

He mentions it uses a SCSI interface and speaks of a Nikon supplied SCSI adapter for a computer with a PCI bus. Does yours include the adapter?

I don't know what is in the Nikon box. Years ago, I bought an adapter at a computer supply store (Fry's) for about $10./

I would accept a personal check which I would deposit and wait for it to clear, or PayPal. I would need your zipcode to find out how much ground shipping would be from UPS. I can tqake it there tomorrow to be weighed to get exact shipping cost. I can send it in the original shipped Nikon box, or if you prefer, put in another larger box with more cushioning. If it doesn’t, pick up an Adaptec SCSI card such as the 2940 or 1520 series and a SCSI cable that matches the card with a 50 pin D sub connector for the Nikon end. You may want to also download a copy of the EZ SCSI Adaptec SW.

I owned a LS-30 once, but I don’t remember it’s having a SCSI connection. I followed that by a LS-2000, and I definitely did purchase SCSI connection for it, so I’m thinking the LS-30 was USB.
